NFL Scouting Report

There's one mystery NFL player each day, and you have eight guesses to find them. Every guess builds a row in your scouting report comparing seven attributes against the mystery player: debut era, position, draft position, college, height and weight, franchise overlap, and Pro Bowl selections. A ✅ means an exact match, 🟡 means close (a nearby draft slot, an inch or a few pounds, a couple of Pro Bowls, or a related position), and the arrows tell you whether the mystery player's number is higher or lower than your guess. Teams use their own scale - 🟢 only when your guess's franchise map is identical to the mystery player's, 🟡 for any overlap at all, ⚪ for none. Solve it early for a cleaner grid; the emoji receipt is made for the group chat.

• Open with a high-information probe: a well-traveled 2010s veteran touches multiple franchises and centers the era arrow immediately.
• The draft column is the strongest filter. Once you know the pick lands in a specific range of a specific era, you're down to a handful of names.
• Position and size work together - a 🟡 position with matching height and weight usually means you have the right role on the right side of the ball, wrong guy.
• A 🟢 teams cell is huge: your guess's whole franchise map matches, which collapses the pool to teammates and trade partners. A 🟡 is any overlap at all, so read it as a floor, not a count.
• Don't sleep on the college column - ❌ with a famous program eliminates whole draft classes at once, and a small school points to a late-round or undrafted gem.

Scouting Report is the deduction game for fans who think in transactions and draft boards. Every attribute is compared from verified career data - the same player database behind the rest of sacked.gg - and the answer pool is limited to recognizable NFL names, so the answer is always a player who reached an NFL roster. Answers never repeat, and the weekday sets a CEILING on how obscure the answer can be, not a band: Monday and Friday draw from the top 150 names, Tuesday to Thursday widen to the top 500, Saturday to the top 800, and Sunday has no ceiling at all. A ceiling is not a floor, so a Wednesday can still hand you Peyton Manning. Eight guesses is enough to triangulate almost anyone if you read the arrows right.
